The site's future
It seems like this month topic is how to improve the site. Ep, Zano, me and more have been thinking of way to promote the site. I have been thinking about some stuff.
First thing on my mind is the site itself, should we move now? I think we should change the domain now instead of later. I know it not my call to make but think about it. We move now and we may not lose any members but if we move when we have a lot of members we could lose a lot members, members who could be working on projects with other people. Plus if the place got bigger we have a lot of project that need to be transfered. Not only will this bring problem, some might stop using the site and we have to look as professional as possible.
Second thing is the site problems and looks. The chatbox, I was told we can't do much about it and it a place to relax. Now how frusating is it to keep refreshing the thing when it goes completly blank, I thought it was my computer but when I do it on my friends computer it does the same thing. Another problem is we have nothing that keep this site fresh in someone mind. Right now Ep have a contest that I hope you enter, where you can make a mascot from the site, and maybe we can come up with some new banner that we can change maybe every month or two.
Look I'm sorry if I seem like the sour puss or a thorn in your side but if we want to make good manga here, then we need to be serious about these things. Hopefully I can get some of your opinion on this.

But wouldn't it be more confusing and we lose more members if we wait for more people to come. I didn' say we have to change domain like in the next week.

I wanted to move when the site was made but everybody whined at me TT
As for that mascot thing, we already had threads related to such topics, and we had previously decided to use five creatures of mythical origin, each represents an element (fifth elem. was being decided.)
I am still up for re-locating the forum to a more (in my opinion) manageable server, unless there are objections.

Was it? I thought it wasn't decided... Anywho, I'll get to organising it.
I'm not that huge a fan of moving, but if we were to do it, it would be better to do it sooner rather than later. There are some definite issues with several parts of the site (*cough*chatbox*cough*), but nothing that can't be averted, I think. If it gets really bad, another forum I know set up a third-party chatbox to use - perhaps we could do something similar.

Okay. The debate has raged, plans made, agenda set. Where is everybody? Has the move been finalized, or has everybody lost interest/unaccountably no longer have the time?! There's been more than 24 hours with zero logins (except for me, I guess), and I can't remember the last post anyone made.
Seems we need to get our 30+member roster to participate before we can begin considering improving the site or increasing membership.

Re: The site's future
There's quite a few people who are away for personal reasons (Peach, Hatress), lacking in time (Hitomi and myself - again!) or otherwise MIA (Kriven). We might just be going through a slow part at the moment - partly because there's been little word of the move or anything related.
And there's been little action here, which = little enthusiasm.

And most of the talking goes on in the chatbox...so the only posts are from people working on their stories.

Well, at least on the bright side, I haven't been left behind. I guess I panicked after seeing no one else for over 24 hours.
