Characters (so far):

NOTE- the names are just benchmarks so that I can call them something. They are, by no means set.

THE BAD

Dr. Baron von Evilsatan-
American teenager who aspires to become a great villain. As a
recent graduate of Agnam's Community College of Evil (with a degree in
evil interior decorating), and an introductory member into the Society
of Really Really Bad Guys, he is assigned to begin his reign of terror
in a far away city called Tokyo. There he uses one of the SRRBG's many
restaurants (Taco Juan's) as a secret lair. There he meets other
villains like him (ones that suck) and they band together to rule the
world.

Udrichtophen Steinhausen III (Ud)-
Ud is Dr's best friend and rival (no sh*t). He is the evil wizard
who has a penchant for raising the dead...and smoking weed. He really
loves his ganja. Oh! and he drives a scooter....and he has bright green
hair but he doesn't know why.

Lilith-
Hot, scantily clad eye candy who wields a katana. Oh, and Dr. has
the hots for her but she doesn't care/doesn't know (aren't stereotypes
fun?!)

The Kid-
small boy who wants to grow up to be a villain. He won't stop
bugging Dr. about it so Dr takes him in as an apprentice (obviously
just there so we can explain crap to the reader that would normally be
obvious). Kid also has a mild power where he's completely impervious to
copious amounts of danger (perfectly capable of crossing a busy highway
without getting hit)

Ertauq-
mute, invicible, gay. Really gay... Ertauq is what Dr. unsheathed on
his first day of Hammerspace Training. Ever since then Ertauq hangs
around adding lace and glitter to the decor. On occassion, Dr will use
Ertauq as a multipurpose club which, for some reason, Ertauq enjoys.

Tato & Tori-
cute, 1 1/2 foot tall, henchmen. Tato = pervert. Tori = meep! + 'likes' Dr. (oooh! the plot thickens)

THE GOOD

Heero-
the Hero. Needs to defeat a villain to join the Super-Awesome
Hero Club so he has set his eyes on Dr. The problem is that he is as
horrible at heroic duties as Dr. is at conquering the world. He wields
a giant sword that would seem impossible for him to lift considering he
looks like he weighs 120 lbs (but hey, it's manga).

Magic Girl- magical girl who follows Heero around. She has very little control/knowledge over her powers and for the most part, she's mute just like Ertauq. Her only know spell that she can consistently cast is a metamorphosis into a catgirl...or a Chibi...or a Chibi catgirl...yay.

Mortimer Valentine-
He's an emo mechanic. His skills include building emo machines, emo mecha, and crying in the corner...about grapefruit.

Coke O'McMally-
very large, masculine drunk guy that still has dreams of being a hero (even though he's like...30). His powers include incredible strength, but his muscles are solar powered, so he needs to remove his shirt (thank you Armstrong), and a high alcohol tolerance.

Cute Furry stereotype-
ok I don't even have a name for this or an idea of what it looks like but I know it's got the cuteness of Kilala and the spastic randomness of oh...say Aether.

The WTF

Homeless Phil-
He crazy, he's homeless, and every once and awhile he dispenses wise information and/or a quest

How about the Hick Alliance? Featuring rednecks, chavs and bogans, and whatever national uncouth stereotypes we can find.

And if we're looking for more stereotypes, the good Dr. needs a beautiful daughter (I like the name Petulina) for Heero to fall in love with. Bonus points if they have a wedding, and if Petulina is old than the Dr.

Dr. and Heero are the same age. Amidst all the stereotypes, Dr. generally breaks the mold
